TAPP is an early in-house tool. It was built to run TAN Staycation, which looks like a host with condo units in Cebu, and it is now offered to other hosts. Its App Builders PH listing has no reviews, and we found no funding, no audience, no channel-manager or OTA integrations and no certifications. The only edge is local fit for Philippine hosts. That is easy to copy, and TuloyPH already targets the same hosts.
