Onliner is Belarus's main web portal: a price-comparison catalog and marketplace, classifieds for cars, flats and used goods, a services exchange, a forum and a news site. Shops and sellers pay commission, listing fees and ads.

The software is ordinary: a phpBB-era forum, a classifieds board, a product catalog and a news CMS. What protects Onliner is that since 2001 it has become where Belarusians check prices, sell used things and read the news. Similarweb puts it at about 23.4M visits a month in a country of roughly 8.5M internet users, and every Belarusian shop has to be listed in its catalog. It still loses ground in parts of the market: Kufar leads classifieds for cars and property, and Wildberries and Ozon are taking e-commerce. That keeps the score below the 80s.
